That way, the community area can stay populated and since everyone has the same size modular plot, there won’t be base overlapping like with world camps. Let folks pick a general plot preference and try to put them on it, or as close as possible, each time they log in. It would be very reminiscent of Warframe’s bazaar or even the Relays. It’s pretty tough to find a team without looking at the “Looking for Group” posts on the console or the Public Teams. I think the city should be divided into 4 sections(the bazaar in that).

You could put it in V.76. Then so it doesn’t cancel out newbie spawns, add a quest to access the vault again at a particular level. I’d say make it a marketplace, the max amount of players in 1 server is 24 so a marketplace with 24 slots would be nice. Hell if they make it so it’s on the 2nd floor of “Top of the World” even better. Adding to that idea that it’s a place that is unlocked after doing an additional story quest for Rose/Brotherhood.
