With a water bath, it’s very important to follow the recipe to make sure the acidity it’s correct. Not sure with pressure canning. A pressure canner is designed to reach a temperature that kills botulism. Which is why you can use it to can low acid foods, like meat and stock. So, no specific acid requirements, but you have to follow your pressure and cooking times to a tee to make sure it’s safe. But I use the “Deli-style plastic food quart containers” that you can get on Amazon that are freezable and microwaveable. I make a big batch and then strain off however many quarts and freeze the Premium Peace Love Butts Shirt. Very easy to thaw and use or store in the same container in the fridge for a few days
